We have developed a breakthrough delivery platform that replaces “site built” construction with fully fit out room “modules” built in conditioned warehouse environments, then shipped to project sites. These modules are 3D spaces with primary superstructures. When installed, the modules are entirely comparable in performance with site-built buildings and can streamline project delivery, reduce costs, shorten project timelines, reduce risk and ensure success. They can be fully customized to meet unique client performance expectations and standards with life spans ranging from 25-60 years.
